Classes start the week of May 5, 2025. All applications are accepted on a rolling basis. We will contact you directly from your application when we start planning interviews for the next class! In the meantime, you will be added to our distribution list so that you can begin to participate in networking events and receive other useful information.

WHO’S ELIGIBLE

LaunchOCEANSID is open to current small business owners who would benefit from the combination of business and financial resources that LaunchOCENASIDE provides. Entrepreneurs with great new business ideas will also be considered.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must live, work or prove a direct impact in North San Diego County

Ability to supply product or service that can generate profit

Demonstrate need for financial and business resources

Be interviewed by selection committee

Complete business training twice a week for 7 weeks

Develop business plan and budget

Willingness to meet and/or communicate regularly with assigned business mentor

Ability to repay micro-loan, in regular installments, within 12-18 months of receipt of loan (if applicable)

LAUNCHOCEANSIDE APPLICATION

Welcome to LaunchOCEANSIDE

Participants in our program must attend 7 weeks (twice weekly) of a small business course. The cost of training is provided free of charge by our Community Partners. Each class is 1.5 hours long, includes dinner, and will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 pm to 7 pm beginning May 6th. By submitting this application you are confirming you can arrive on time and attend 100% of these classes. At the discretion of LaunchOCEANSIDE, some of these events may be held virtually. Applications are received throughout the year.
